Pious Proprietorship

3-R Thursday

Rumination

Productive property is an asset that generates cash.

A proprietor is one that manages that productive property.

A pious proprietorship is a multi-generational enterprise in which the children work for their inheritance (to become the proprietor) by virtue of caring for their parents and their own children simultaneously.

Reflection

To escape Corporate America™ — isn't that the dream of any entrepreneur? To own a business or own a job—that's where most get stuck I would imagine. Thank you, Mr. Kiyosaki. To truly understand the "system" that works for you, that's a big jump.

How does a house get built? It's not just one guy; it's a whole team of guys who are experts at their respective craft. Foundation. Framing. Electric. Plumbing. Flooring. Roof. Paint. Tile. Etc. Yet the guy who organizing all of these other jobs is the general, the general contractor that is. He owns the system. He doesn't need to do every  job as long as he knows what every job does and how it fits in the system.

Cleaning company is the same thing. Marketing. Hiring. Training. Scheduling. Invoicing. Supplying. We own the system; it's simply a matter of running a more efficient system to enable growth.
